2. Donations

By making a donation to Lets Go See Some Foundation, you support the foundation's charitable mission, projects and activities.

All donations are voluntary. Donors may choose their preferred donation amount and whether to make a one-time or recurring donation, depending on the payment options available.

The donation amount and, where applicable, payment frequency will be clearly displayed before the donor confirms the payment.

One-time donations are charged once upon confirmation of the payment.

Donations are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where a refund is approved by the foundation.

3. Recurring Donations and Cancellation

If you choose to make a recurring donation, the selected amount will be charged automatically at the agreed interval (for example, monthly) until the donation agreement is cancelled.

You may cancel your recurring donation at any time, without providing a reason or paying a cancellation fee.

Cancellation can be made by:

• Using the subscription or recurring payment management options in your payment provider's app, including MobilePay where applicable.

• Contacting us at letsgoseesome@crdstudio.com.

Cancellation will stop future payments that have not already been initiated or processed. Payments completed before cancellation are subject to the refund conditions described below.

4. Payment Methods

We accept donations through secure third-party payment providers, including Stripe, PayPal and MobilePay, where available.

All payments are processed securely by the respective payment providers.

We do not store donors' payment card details or banking credentials.

The foundation does not charge donors additional administration fees for making a donation. Any fees charged directly by a donor's bank or payment provider are subject to that provider's terms.

5. Refunds and Withdrawal

Donations are voluntary contributions made without receiving goods or services in return. They are therefore generally not subject to the standard consumer withdrawal rights applicable to online purchases.

If you have made a donation by mistake, have been charged incorrectly or wish to request a refund, please contact us at letsgoseesome@crdstudio.com.

Refund requests will be reviewed individually and handled in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have.

6. Use of Funds

Donations are used to support the charitable purpose, projects and activities of Lets Go See Some Foundation.

Funds are allocated by the foundation in accordance with its mission, governing documents and any applicable fundraising authorisations and legal requirements.

Where a donation is collected for a specifically designated fundraising purpose, the funds will be used in accordance with that purpose and the applicable fundraising conditions.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

Lets Go See Some Foundation processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We may process personal information such as names, contact details, donation amounts, transaction references and donation history where necessary to:

Lets Go See Some Foundation reserves the right to update these Donation Terms & Conditions when necessary.

Updated terms will be published on this website. Changes will not retrospectively alter the agreed amount or payment frequency of an existing recurring donation without the donor's consent.
